Ai ai ai está noche he tenido reflujo gástrico y ahora lo pago con un poco de ronquera y mañana tengo un ensayo largo con mis chicos de Hammer to Fall.
¿Sabes qué es el reflujo gástrico? Es cuando los ácidos del estómago suben momentáneamente por tu cuello ya que el mecanismo que hace que estos ácidos estomacales no suban, no funciona correctamente. Todo ácido quema y los del estómago también, concretamente tus cuerdas vocales, por lo que al día siguiente (normalmente ocurre por la noche) tu voz estará algo tocada por ronquera, afonía o falta de agudos.
Este problema es más común de lo que pensamos y muchos problemas vocales derivan de ahí, por lo tanto es necesario cuidar nuestra alimentación y digestiones, para mantener una buena salud vocal.
